Concorde continued the journey to its final resting place in Scotland this afternoon. The barge stopped outside the Houses of Parliament for the best part of an hour, and the aircraft was elevated to give the hundreds who lined the River Thames a farewell view. I did think it was slightly insulting that the supersonic jet was leaving the capital 'arse-end' first.
