I've been experimenting a bit with long exposures on the digital. This shot of Trafalgar Square taken this evening was a healthy thirty seconds worth at F22. It's not too bad, and at 200 ASA the noise in the shadow areas is almost non-existent.

    just been catching up the weblog stuff and it looks spot on! two pucs truck a chord with me, Happy Chrimbo to Kelly and the fountain at Trafalgar Sq. 30 second exposure is great and not a lot of noise too!

    i have had pish results with en exposure of just 13 seconds. it wsa in Jpan and the camera was playing silly buggers so no suprise there.
