There was an almighty ruckus in the grey hours of this morning. After a stomach-bulging breakfast we left the farm we had been staying at and discovered the cause of all the noise.

Apparently the Westbury, or Bratton White Horse is the oldest of the Wiltshire Horses. I was expecting a damp hike up the hill to view it, however a small road leads to the top and I was spared a soaking.

The excesses of the day before were assuaged with a healthy meal of watermelon and Keo beer at a friendly taverna in downtown Larnaca.
