I'd promised Alex a trip to the station car park so that he could see a few trains, however he fell asleep on route, and I ended up sitting in the car with him on Wrotham Hill. It was dark when he woke up....

Before we had children we always maintained that when we did, we'd never take them to IKEA on a Sunday. So today we took all three offspring to IKEA in Lakeside. Fortunately, we managed an early start, and escaped before the madness began.
